Hi everyone! I thought I would post food for today.
Back on the grind of eating healthier.
Breakfast is known as the most important meal. This is breakfast.
Strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi over yogurt and oats on the bottom drizzled with raw honey. My way of eating healthier. Although at times I go off course.
What’s your favorite breakfast food?
πThank you for reading. π

Not really sure what Vada is but Dosa I looked up earlier and it looks good. I usually have hot green tea with everything I eat or some juice.

I eat the same thing every day. I have scrambled eggs with spinach and toast. It’s how I get my veggies in. Veggies for breakfast is extra credit.

Hi Shaun. I had sourdough with spinach, tomato, and a fried egg on top yesterday for what I would call brunch. My apologies if my blog post are random things π

Hey! You still got your veggies in. Also, it shouldn’t matter. Your blog is ultimately for you lol. You don’t have to worry about what you write.

Hi Vasil π I usually don’t eat breakfast after a 12hr duty but when I do its mostly fruits or an omellet with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. BTW welcome to blogging and I started following your blog.

Thank you Sunsets – it truly means a lot ! Our breakfasts are indeed quite similar. Speaking of omelets, I once went to Cuba with my family and we had omelets made with cheese, peppers, spinach, you name it. They were delicious
